We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your stock watch, our return policy ensures a hassle-free process.

1. Initiating a Return:
• Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your watch if you wish to return it.
• Contact our customer service team on Instagram @customwatches.qa to request a return authorization.

2. Return Conditions:
• The watch must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear.
• All original packaging, including boxes, tags, and manuals, must be included.

3. Shipping the Return:
• Ship the watch back to us within 1 week of receiving the return authorization.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process:
• Once we receive the returned watch and verify its condition, a full refund will be issued.
• The refund will be processed within 6 to 14 business days to your original payment method.

5. Refund Amount:
• The full price of the watch will be refunded.
• Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

6. Exclusions:
• Customized watches are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
